Let loose!

The hard thing about anxiety for m is letting my guard down and living in the moment.  Yesterday I succeeded at being totally present with my little people for a few hours.  I didn't get on 

my phone, I didn't check FB, I didn't bury my nose in a book (which I love to do!), I just "was."   We went for ice cream (coffee for me ☕️) and went to the fountain to take some fun pics.  It was a wonderful day and I completely forgot about anxiety for a few hours.  I challenge you all to be present this week with the people you love.  If you are an anxious everything-has-to-be-done-before-I-can-relax person like me, leave your house and go somewhere with no distractions. Make memories and just "be."   You're people and your mind will thank you for it.
