Coming up for air!

Wow!  It's mid-September already!  We've been busy with school, sports, getting back into our routine, and missing summer. It seems as moms we put all our energy into everyone else and then we get the leftovers. Anyone else relate?

Throughout the last few weeks I've been really focusing on self care. Because we do so much for everyone else, it only makes sense that we need to take the time to care for ourselves. But how can we do it with little or no time?

Just a few ideas that I've been doing are yoga, reading a good fiction novel before bed, breathing exercises, and practicing just being present. I get it, we are all busy, but these things don't take much time to squeeze into your busy day! Trust me, your mind will thank you for it.
